Description: Our most comprehensive package offers an even deeper exploration of one or two focus areas, with ongoing support over twelve sessions. This extended timeframe allows for thorough examination, reflection, and adjustment of strategies to ensure lasting change.

Session 1:  Exploring the Current State

  • Objective: Understand the internal barriers that are hindering progress.

  • Activities:

    • Initial assessment and discussion to identify specific challenges, aspirations and motivations.

    • Reflective exercises to uncover limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns.

    • Introduction to the concept of internal obstacles and their impact on personal growth

Session 4:  Core Values and Inner Self

  • Objective: Explore your core values and inner self, understand how the external world influences you, and align your exterior with your core needs, values, and beliefs.

  • Activities:

    • Explore potential external influences that may negatively impact you (e.g., societal pressures, work demands, social media).

    • Reflect on how these external influences can sometimes be at odds with your core needs, values, and beliefs.

    • Explore strategies to overcome negative external influences and maintain alignment with your core values.

    • Reflect on how your exterior actions and decisions align or misalign with your core values.

    • Explore strategies to better align your exterior with your core values and beliefs.

Session 2: Identifying Barriers to Self-Care

  • Objective: Understand how misaligned values, fears, and obstacles are preventing you from prioritizing self-care and develop strategies to address them.

  • Activities:

    • Exploration of core values and beliefs and how they influence your decisions through guided exercises.

    • Discuss how misaligned values create barriers to self-care.

    • Explore fears and obstacles that prevent you from prioritizing yourself.

    • Reflect on the importance of aligning your values with your actions.

    • Explore strategies to realign your values and prioritize self-care.

Session 5: Fostering Motivation

  • Objective: Develop a clear vision for your ideal family life and align your daily actions with this vision.

  • Activities:

    • Visualize and articulate your ideal family life.

    • Create a vision board or written plan to represent this vision.

    • Explore steps to align your daily actions with this vision.

Session 3: Establishing Boundaries for Self-Care

  • Objective: Create and implement boundaries to protect your time and energy.

  • Activities:

    • Identify areas where boundaries are needed.

    • Explore the Self-Esteem Triad to understand how emotions, needs, and boundaries interact.

    • Use the Self-Esteem Triad methodology to address why boundaries are not in place or not working effectively.

    • Develop a plan to establish and maintain these boundaries.

    • Role-play scenarios to practice setting boundaries.

Session 6: Integrating Self-Care and Family Vision

  • Objective: Combine the insights from self-care and family vision to create a balanced and fulfilling life

  • Activities:

    • Review and reflect on progress made during the program.

    • Development of a personalized action plan to continue integrating self-care practices with your family vision.

    • Setting long-term goals and identifying resources for ongoing support.
