Workshops designed to support young people and their families
Communication Skills
Many people struggle to communicate in a way that feels clear, confident, and true to themselves. Whether it’s in relationships, at work, or with family, conversations can often lead to misunderstanding, frustration, or even conflict. Expressing needs without guilt, setting boundaries without fear, and feeling truly heard can seem out of reach. This workshop is designed to help participants develop the skills to communicate with clarity, confidence, and connection—transforming the way they express themselves and engage with others.
Positive Habits for Success
Success isn’t just about big goals—it’s built on small, consistent habits. Yet, breaking old patterns and creating lasting change can feel overwhelming. This workshop helps participants understand how habits shape their daily lives and provides practical strategies to build routines that align with their goals. Whether they want to improve productivity, well-being, or personal growth, they’ll learn how to create sustainable habits that lead to long-term success.
Gaming and social media addiction
For many young people, gaming and social media are more than just entertainment—they're a huge part of daily life. But when screen time starts to take over, it can impact sleep, school, friendships, and even mental well-being. This workshop helps children and teens understand the effects of excessive gaming and social media use, why these platforms are designed to keep them hooked, and how to create healthier digital habits. Through practical strategies and guided discussions, they’ll learn how to take control of their screen time—rather than letting it control them.
